It helps to say which iPhone you have and what you were doing. Writing from Settings, About in the app adds the app and iOS versions for you.
Flutio can’t hear my flute
Check that Flutio has the microphone in iOS Settings, Privacy and Security, Microphone. Play with the phone about an arm’s length away, screen towards you, and keep fans and running water off.
It says my notes are sharp or flat, but my tuner disagrees
Flutio tunes to A = 440 by default. If your band or tuner uses 442, change Reference pitch in Settings.
I ran out of Breath
A lesson uses one Breath. One comes back every four hours, and two minutes of long tones earns one back straight away. The tuner, fingerings, metronome and drone never use Breath.
How do I cancel Plus?
Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Flutio. Plus stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
My progress didn’t move to my new phone
Progress syncs through iCloud. Sign in to the same Apple ID on both phones and turn on iCloud for Flutio in iOS Settings, your name, iCloud.
Can I use Flutio without a flute?
Yes. Every lesson can be finished by tapping through, and the songs can play aloud. Lessons played without the flute earn a little less XP.
